CCH Development is a privately held residential development firm operating as Kendall Court Holdings LLC, the development arm of Cando Corp Holdings. Since 2018, we have been acquiring, renovating, and delivering homes across Philadelphia and the Tri-State area — one project at a time, with no outside investors telling us how to cut corners.
We started because we saw how Philadelphia homes were being treated: flipped fast, finished cheap, and sold to families who deserved better.
